Check the input source
- Find the source selector at the top of the channel strip, something like USB / DIGITAL / LINE / PHONO / RETURN.
- Set it to where your music actually comes from.
- Still nothing? Master fader down, move your source to a working channel, master back up. Plugging into a live PA can thump it hard enough to kill drivers.
If the selector is on RETURN, that is the mixer's effects loop, not your deck. With nothing coming back into it the channel is silent and looks completely normal.
