It is the file type, not the drive

This deck cannot read that file type. Your files are fine and your drive is fine. Older players do not decode everything a newer one does, and nothing you do to the drive changes that.

Try the same track on a newer player in the booth, if there is one.
No newer player? Play the tracks that do load, and re-export the rest tomorrow.
Do not format anything, and do not let anyone rebuild the drive for this.

E-8304 and E-8305 both mean UNSUPPORTED FILE FORMAT: the player cannot decode the file. E-8302 is a different thing, CANNOT PLAY TRACK, which is one damaged file and not the file type. If you are seeing E-8302 on every track, go back and take the other answer.
